REMOVAL OF Capilaries

Our Center is really unique: capillaries are removed by diode lasers: Dornier Medilas D Laser is designed for removal of violet hemangiomas and capillaries, Viridis Derma Laser is good for red capillaries and hemangiomas.  Laser treatment  causes no bleeding as no capillary puncture occurs.
Larger capillaries on the legs, the so called thread veins may be removed by sclerotization.

   

 

Treatment Procedure
In laser treatment, the light energy is changed into thermal energy that destroys the capillary. As it is not filled with the blood, it is not visible. The results appear in several months.  With laser treatment compression stockings are not necessary.  No sun exposure is recommended for four weeks.  

By means of sclerotization larger veins are treated with a sclerosant slowly injected into the leg vein. The vein shuts down and disappears over a period of time. Immediately  after treatment the legs should be bandaged by elastic dressing. Compression stockings must be worn at least two weeks. After a month, the treatment can be repeated. No sum exposure is recommended for four weeks.
