Physical methods of skin regeneration include photorejuvenation by means of light energy. Skin aging is the result of structural changes of collagen, the protein adding firmness to the skin, and also the reduced amount of collagen. The skin “grows larger” which is compensated by its creasing, folding and wrinkling.
Flashes of intense pulsed light of a
given wave length spectrum applied to the surface of treated area are
transformed to heat energy in the collagen fibers causing their shrinking and
subsequently their stimulation.
The new 4D-photore-juvenation is even more intense treatment using not only
light energy but also thermal radiofrequency affecting deeper layers of the
skin. The skin gets more elastic, smoother and generally regenerated with
decreasing skin discoloring, stains and small veins disappearing.
The newest 5D-photo-rejuvenation combines light energy, thermal radiofrequency, bio-stimulating energy and light resurfacing with Smooth Beam Laser.
Treatment Procedure
Cooling
conductive cream is spread over the skip to improve contact between the hand-piece
applying flashes of the light energy and the skin. This procedure may be used
for the entire face, neck or chest.
Regenerative cream after treatment will soothe the skin. Surface of the
skin remains intact, but it may get slightly red, therefore no exposure to sun
is recommended for a week. This treatment can be combined with botullinum toxín
to improve facial expression lines or fillers for skin folds in the lower parts
of the face.
How long do the results
last?
The
resulting minimization of small lines, pores and discoloring will last
approximately 12 – 24 months.

Chemical methods of rejuvenation (chemo-rejuvenation) utilize AHAs ( alpha-hydroxy acids),
mainly glycolic acid in higher concentrations, pure 70% glycolic acid or
a combined product GlyKoPeel containing
70% glycolic acid and A,C,E
vitamins.
Glycolic acid encourages exfoliation of the outermost skin, acts against
comedones (blackheads and whiteheads), increases permeability, and thus also
better penetration of vitamins contained in the product to deeper layers of the
skin. It makes the skin texture soft and smooth, improves the skin tonus and
microcirculation, and enhances regeneration of collagen fibers, perfecting the skin
hydration and protection. This method
can be also used to treat acne. Typically the treatment is good for younger
skin, both male and female alike.
Treatment Procedure
The doctor applies 70% glycolic acid or Glykopeel
to the skin and leaves it there for two to four minutes, depending on the skin
reaction (redness); in repeated treatments the length of application may be prolonged.
The treatment takes about 5 minutes. AHAs are used for the face, neck and
chest. The area may be red for several hours, sun exposure is not recommended
for five to seven days. During sunny days sunscreen SPF 50+ should be applied.
How long do the results last?
For best results chemical peeling should be applied five to eight times at 10
to 14 day intervals. After full treatment,
the skin remains improved for about six months.
This method is successfully used also after sun or solarium tanning or for fast
rejuvenation and skin refreshment before social events.

MeSOLIFT/MESOTHERAPY
It is another fast method of skin rejuvenation
achieved by directly injecting vitamins, minerals and hyaluronic acid in order to
nourish, tone and tighten the skin. It is one of the least invasive therapies
with no bruising or bleeding.
Treatment Procedure
Following disinfection the doctor uses microdoses of intradermal injections
of pure hyaluronic acid or in combination with vitamins. Hyaluronic acid is the strongest hydration
substance in the body. By its progressive absorbing into the deeper skin
layers, the skin appearance improves. The skin looks rested, radiant, glowing
and firmer after multiplied treatments (five times) in 10 – 14 day intervals,
later once a month. When pure hyaluronic acid is injected, one treatment per
month can do.
How long do the results last?
Being a more surface rejuvenation method, the results last for shorter periods
of time, usually six months. It is especially recommended to improve the
appearance of tired looking skin lacking tone and radiance. Plan the treatment
well ahead of a special occasion for which you want to address a fatigue skin
because of slight skin redness lasting three to four days. Visits to solarium,
sauna, pools or exposure to the sun are not recommended for five to seven days.

MiCrodermabrASION
It is
another mechanical procedure of skin rejuvenation.
This modern and effective method is used for skin peeling, a controlled, fine
removal of dead cells of the skin to stimulate instant regeneration or
production of new cells.
Treatment Procedure
The skin is scrubbed with sand micro-crystals or diamond. The treatment of
about 30 minutes can be used for the face, neck and chest. For the best
results, after dermabrasion the skin is ready to absorb active substances. Hydration,
vitamin and enzymatic products may be successfully delivered to the skin by
means of iontophoresis for penetratation into deeper layers of the skin, thus
hydrating and regenerating it. This treatment is called Skin Fitness for its resemblance to skin conditioning.
Another
procedure of combined microdermabrasion is called Skin Fitness Plus, applying a low concentration acid for five to ten
minutes before treatment to release the top uppermost cells. Sand or diamond microdermabrasion follows with
iontophoresis device to assist hydration and vitamins delivery. The session takes about 35 minutes.
After treatment the skin may get slightly red and irritated, therefore sun exposure
or solarium visits are not allowed.
How
long do the results last?
The benefits of this procedure of quick skin regeneration are the best when
repeated five- to eight times in the intervals of 10 – 14 days, with the progressive
improvement lasting about six months.
This procedure can be successfully used as anti-aging method, after a solarium or

The
most intense and most effective procedures of skin rejuvenation, resurfacing of
wrinkles, stretch marks and scars use Fractional CO2 Laser. In this treatment
the surface of the skin is burnt up by means of light energy to stimulate the
production of firm, healthy collagen. It is also good for removing unwanted small
outgrowths on the skin.
Treatment Procedure
The doctor administers anesthetic cream leaving it there for 30 – 60 minutes. After disinfecting the area, light flashes applied
by the laser hand-piece are changed to thermal energy. The skin surface is
destroyed and burnt down, resulting in structural changes of the skin necessary
to improve its quality by thermal devastation of the old collagen to support the
formation of new firm collagen. This is
not a week-end therapy; the patients will need four to five days to recover
from the skin burns. One treatment is sufficient for facial rejuvenation, acne
scars and stretch marks require the procedure to be repeated three to four
times.
How long do the results last?
When treated for rejuvenation, the skin will be improved for several years,
looking smooth, tight, glowing; the small lines around opur mouth and eyes will
disappear.
Indications
